We’ve only just begun!

Our first two day cross country trip and it included many first time experiences. 😎
We traveled through the Badlands, went to Mount Rushmore and Wall Drug and rested at Grizzly Creek rest stop in Colorado.
We started the next day driving through Colorado, Wyoming and Utah, experiencing several pocket blizzard areas but Eric Nelson, enjoyed the challenge, me, not so much! 🤪 I will keep to the roller coaster rides at Valleyfair and Knotts!!
The snowcapped mountains were sure pretty though!
After taking a quick nap, I woke up to the enjoyment of the Virgin River Valley in Arizona, which is absolutely stunning!
I got to drive on Interstate 15, past the lights of Las Vegas and into California, to almost Bakersfield.
We’re on the last 2 hours of the journey right now…here’s to the next one!
